Modalities & Approaches Family Systems Theory Bowen Theory Narrative Therapy Person Centered Therapy Using the above modalities I am interested in assisting people to enhance their relationships. My theoretical assumption is that problems do not exist within the individual alone. They exist within a broader context of the family and key relationships. Understanding self in these relationships allows for the opportunity for options and choices to be made. With new understanding, problems (symptoms) can be viewed differently. My underlying goal is to help people to be clearer about their values, position and intentions.
